The RAD ROUNDS For Trigger Point Release
Self-care is an important part of any wellness routine. You can have the healthiest diet in the world but if you are a stressed out mess, diet alone won’t get you very far.
As much as it is nice to go to a massage therapist, sometimes that is not always possible, that’s when you give yourself a little bit of self love!
These rad round are great at accessing certain parts of the body that are often hard to access.  Area’s like behind the shoulder blades, the pariformis and the I.T. band close to the knee.
