3 Minute Breakfast- Gluten Free Buckwheat Breakfast Bliss
My mornings are my most productive time, so I need the best #foodthatfuels I can get to make sure my productivity is at it’s best. It’s true that breakfast really is one of the most important meals of the day. Feeding your brain the right fuel is extremely important when it comes to your overall productivity. But to be honest, when I’m in the flow, I don’t always have time to make a full-on breakfast and eat it too. That’s why I’m bringing you the 3-minute Gluten Free Buckwheat Breakfast Bliss Bowl.
The Recipe Is Yours
1/2 cup buckwheat
2 tbs chia seeds
1 cup water (can use coconut water or coconut milk)
1 tbs collagen powder
1 tbs pumpkin seeds
1 tbs super greens powder (I use one with wheatgrass- I like the semi-sweet taste)
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbs coconut flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1.) Mix it up and enjoy!
It’s literally that easy. You even need to cook them!
High in antioxidants
Easy to digest protein
High in fiber
High amount of trace minerals (esp, zinc, selenium, and iron)
Not only is the recipe gluten free but…
It’s sugar-free too! I have been noticing a trend that many of our breakfasts (even though they may be healthy) they are often high in sugar.
Did you know that if you eat sugar early in the morning your craving to have sugar throughout the day will be stronger?
Start your day with less sugar and more high-quality fats and protein and not only will you be less likely to reach for that chocolate bar– you are also giving your brain some of the best fuel possible, HEALTHY FAT!

Some other ways you can mix this up is by adding some of my favorite
RAW cacao (nibs or powder)
Turmeric powder (crack some black pepper to make it even more beneficial)
